Trefry Technology Center
Named after board member LTG Richard G. Trefry, the Trefry Technology Center (661 S George St) was purchased by the University in 2007. Built in the 1950s, was an ACME grocery store before housed APUS IT.
Williams House
Williams House was purchased by the University in 2008 after Dr. Leah Mildred Williams, chief of staff at the hospital (111 W Congress St), passed away. Previously home to Institutional Accreditation, it is now Catholic Distance University.
